I have a question about CallYa pre paid mobile. I would like to see the "turnover" of charges from the last 30 days on my account. I went to the Vodafone store and they were unable to help me. They said that pre-paid customer service could give me that information. I would like to see my charges listed becuase I have the 2GB, 9.99Euro package but in my second month it seems I was charged 15.00Euros.
How can I access this information?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello @gwolff,
there is no such list with Vodafone-CallYa. But I am sure that I can give you more information. Where exactly were the 15 Euro charged to you? On the SIM card or from the bank account? If these 15 euros have been debited from your bank account, you will probably participate in the comfort recharge. In this case, the minimum amount to be debited from the bank account to the CallYa card is 15 euros. The CallYa card will then debit the base price of 9.99 euros every 28 days. This means that you have a remaining balance of 5.01 Euros after the base price of 9.99 Euros has been debited. This remaining credit can be used, for example, to increase your data volume with an Internet option. You can also book units from the money if the 200 units from the tariff are not enough for you. It is available to you for free use.
I hope this information will help you
Regards

Hi Conzi01--
Thanks for the reply. I can explain more. I just added in the store 50 euros as a "start up", so I had 50 euros to pay my bill or other charges month to month. I don't have auto debit and I have not added my bank details on line. I know that both o2 pre-paid and Aldi-talk have this possibilty to view charges, like for a roaming text or even when your monthly bill is applied to your account.
I just saw I had a balance of 40 euros before the date my pre-pay amount was to be deducted, then after it was 25 euros. I went to the store and they said nothing is available on line but the Call Ya customer service can provide me the details of this months charges. I thought I would try on this forum to find the answer.

so to your point, the euros were debited from my Call Ya balance (SIM card?) not my bank.
I thought with this initial deposit I would be able to cover about 4 months at 9.99 euro/month. Now with these "unknown" charges, I am not sure how much will be debited or when, and I cannot see the turnover. I will have to wait 4 weeks for a "surprise". I am not a big fan of such surprises, but the service with Vodafone is very good in my area, so I have to see if it is worth it.
Thank you again for replying--

Hello,
we can already see in the customer account, when you were topped up how much credit, which options were booked and still are, which credit is available at and which tariff. We can also view connection data, but only 90 days retroactively. All this can be told to the customer after the customer password has been entered.
many greetings

Hi Ramona,
Thank you for the message. I am in interested in the last 30 days only. Do I understand correctly that I only have to give customer service my log in password?? How do I do this?
Thank you

Hello @gwolff,
No, not the login password.
Your customer password will be requested on the hotline.
You set it yourself when you bought and registered your CallYa card.
If you have ordered your CallYa card online, you have been informed of it by email.
best regards,
NeNa

Hi NeNa,
Thank you for the information. Yes, I remember this "security password" I created it when I started my service. So I must call a hotline? Or can I do this through an on-line chat?
Thank you
