Hi Everyone,
Sorry for writing in English but I'm still trying to learn a little bit of German, so this is the best way to explain my situation.
I live in Berlin and went to the Vodafone store located in the Frankfurter Allee (Ring Center) to buy a prepaid SIM card.
The employee working there was really straightforward and nice and told me that we really would like to help. So he presents me a card "CallYa Smartphone Special" which costs 10€ and he told me that the final value to pay for the card would be 50€. He actually told me that the 40€ was for all the data plan already available inside the card and ready to use and as well for the activation.
I bought that for my regret. He then presented to me a payment receipt regarding the sim card and another one written by hand in the value of 40€, then he changed his story telling me that the 40€ was exclusively a fee because he took care of the activation for me. I told him that as far as I know the activation process could be done online and for free, and in return, he said only works 1/4 of time.
I've tried to explain to him why the reason he didn't put in the same invoice the activation and the sim card and he told me that the system was not working. I've asked him to see the price table in order to confirm if the store had some kind of fee for providing SIM Card activations to customers, and everything was denied to me.
I'm new living here in Germany and having little knowledge about the language is a big limitation in this situation. I did manage to leave the store and told him that I'd file a complain, he didn't care even a little.
It is absolutely unacceptable this behavior for someone to represent Vodafone in one of their stores, and as far as I know, this is a complete scam. I do want to complain to legal authorities, and let make sure that everyone knows about this embarrassing situations, and make sure that Vodafone knows about the people that are representing the company to the consumers.
So please, I've all the documents, I'd like to ask you if anyone knows a Vodafone English hotline or a complaints' email where I can get this situation sorted.
Best Regards to all!
João Carvalho

Hi Bianca,
Thanks for your message! I've already contacted "Vodafone 24h Service" on Facebook, and they were able to solve the problem already.
Thank you for your time.
