Hi, I am on "CallYa Allnet Flat S" prepaid phone plan.
I want to convert to eSim. I have reached out to customer care on 15th January (~2 weeks) for it and they told me that I would receive a QR code by post. Unfortunately I have not received anything yet.
In my MeinVodafone app I can see the eSim profile in progress. Will you please help me with some status on this and if it is possible to either get the eSim profile pushed to my device directly (assuming posts do not get delivered in time)?
