I lost my SIM card while travelling in Belgium. My Vodafone SIM is my registered number for all official purposes (residence registration, postal services, mobile TAN etc)

I want a replacement card with the same number. What can I do?

Urgent.

Hi @drishtikarkar, if your CallYa is implemented on the website MeinVodafone then you can easy order a new SIM card (replacement). Otherwise you can also order a new SIM card by phone about the hotline +49 172 229 0 229. In both cases you need your personal customer password.

Hello @drishtikarkar,

I would like to help you.

Please contact the CallYa Team on 0172/229 0 229.

The employees need the phone number and the password from you.

We lock the lost
card and send you a replacement card for 5 Euro.

Best regards

I understand but I can not call the vodafone helpline from my Belgian SIM.

Is there an email address where can I report this problem? How can a customer report a lost card without the card itself? I went to the store and they said I HAVE to call but I cannot call without the SIM.

Does that make sense?

Can you help me? I do not know anyone here.

@drishtikarkar, you can reach the customer hotline also via landline.

There isn't an email address but you can also use the contact form.
