sim card not delivered

I verified my personal data more than 2 weeks ago. More than 10 working days ago it said that sim card was sent to the home address, however, still didn't recieve it.

 

To make it worse, one week ago vodafone deducted 20 euros from my konto. (Prepaid 😂)

 

I lost one week of my prepaid, and i didn't receive what i paid for.
