Kundenkennwort and Kunden number forgotton

Dear Community,

I am coming to you as last hope. I do not have my kunden kennwort and Kunden Number with me. What shall I do?

I cannot reset Kundenkennwort because I do not have Kundennummer. I lost all the details, how can I retrive all this information.

I have one kundennummer with me, but when used that to reset kennwort then vodafone replied that kundennummer is not valid. Please help.

Hello,

You can find your customer number on your invoices or in the purpose of the monthly direct debits from your account. The customer number always has 9 digits.
