Hello everyone, i have been taking benefit of employee discount for years with vodafone. Recently i have received an e-mail stating "please upload your employee mitarbeiter certificate to continue using vodafone employee discount" there was a link where i could upload my certificate but i lost the message - cant find it. I went into vodafone app, couldnt find anything there too.
I called customer service but my german is not good enough plus i'm not in germany these days. Could somebody help me. How can i upload my employee certificate - like proff of salary - to the system or to where i can send an e-mail.
