Internet and Call Ya Prepaid

Hello,

I have a Red Internet and Phone 200 Cable contract. 

I have a Call Ya Prepaid but it is registered at an older address and my current address at which the cable contract is registered is different.

I heard there is a 500MB credit if you have a cable contract. Also  there are giga kombi options.

How do I change the address on my prepaid card to the current address to avail these options.
