Can anyone please tell me how to cancel WiFi Hotspot Flat?

I have never been able to sihn in, asked for help several times but nobody helped me.

If you would like to cancel the TV App, you can simply contact us again here.

And the contract still appear as active in my vodafone.

please check the cancellation date in the confirmation. The Hotspotflat will end on 09.06.2018.
