Can anyone please tell me how to cancel WiFi Hotspot Flat?
I have never been able to sihn in, asked for help several times but nobody helped me.

Thank you a lot for your reply, I never was able to sign in... I always receive a message that I'm not a registered customer even when I receive the confirmation mail and the contract appear in my.vodafone
I will really appreciate your help to cancel it

the contract is visible and you can create additional logins. The button would not be visible if there was no contract. The main login is done with the login data of the customer portal.
You can only terminate the contract at the regular end of the term. You want me to do that for you? Then send me your name, address, customer number and the link to your contribution in a private message.

Yes, you are right it's supposed to work with same credentials for myvodafone, but never worked. So never be able to use it.

there is no contract with Hotspot Flat. You just booked the TV app. Do you want to terminate this contract?

Thanks for your reply .. attached you will find a screenshot of my vodafone customer page with both contracts.
In fact I received today a charge into my bank account for WLAN service which I haver been able to use.
