Hotspot Flat - Login management does not work

Hello!

There is an issue when I try to log in here: https://hotspot.vodafone.de/service/ - any time I try to access I get error 500.
The Vodafone Login I use are correct, i even reset the password.

I have been using the service for years, with some ups and downs, now I am completely cut off. 

Any help would be appreciated!

@RED_DUSTin thanks for the answer! the chatbot doesn't speak english, and the customer care is all in german. is there any english-speaking number?
