Hello
I purchased a WLAN Hotspot subscription about one month ago and it never worked for me, now I have a stable connection at home so I will not be needing it. I would like to cancel my subscription but I don't find how to do so, could anybody help me? I don't speak German and the customer service number is not very friendly to me.
