unstable internet connection

In which state do you live? 10317   
Which  contract do you have? CableMax 1000 
Which  modem / router do you use? CGA4223DE  
What is the  error ? internet connection drops, the lamps on the router turn of except for one (see picture), problem wont go away unles I manually restart the router 
How is your terminal connected to the modem ? i had both wifi and etherenet connections    
Which  browser do you usually use? all of them 
Which  operating system do you have on your computer? (Linux, mac, android) 
Start and period of the disturbance: every day at least once, today around 10   
Upload a screenshot of the  signal values . You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via  192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 on the Fritzbox. I tried to access it, but the router restarted itself, this happened several times      
Which measures were Carried out by the  fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625 for Vodafone Germany or cable 0221/46619100 for Vodafone West):  none

It happened again today at about 16:20.
At this point I'm very disapointed, this should be one of vodafones premium services, and it sure does not feel like it.
In addition to the previous problem it seems like the devices have unstable wifi connection, so it is not uncommon that device disconnect from the home wifi.

Can somebody please take a look at this?
