Hi,
I ordered Red Internet & Phone 250 cable last week. On Friday I tried to activate the contract using account number and code. Everything seemed to be fine. However when I plugged the station in, the Internet LED was blinking red. I tried to troubleshoot it using net assistant. I rebooted the station, waited, but nothing changed. I tried to call support, but unfortunately, my Deutsch was not enough to fully discuss the problem.
I didn't have any SEPA transactions in my online bank, and I don't even understand if my contract is active or not. In Mein Vodafone I only see something like "your contract dates cannot be shown due to some technical problems". So I don't even understand whether it's a technical or a paper problem.
Fortunately I found this forum. I saw many similar requests, but no answers inside.
Can you help me please?
