downgrade my contract

Hello, 

I've try for last year i guess the 1000MB, and i would like to downgrade it to 400MB. Reason, I' never have 1000MB, 

I barely have 300MB. So why I should pay for this?

please advice me how to downgrade it

Hi claudiug,

you can downgrade your tariff at the end of the term in May. You can change to 500 MBit/s for 44,99 Euro or 250 MBit/s for 39,99 Euro.

Your contract is already in the "follow-up" period (extension for 12 months). So you can switch right now. I'll be happy to take care of it. The change costs 19,99 € once and the minimum contract period starts with 24 months again. Ok?

sorry for the confusion. The tariff runs only since 02.05.2019 and has 24 months duration. Thus, we can only reserve the change for 02.05.2021 for you. Should we make a note of this?

I do have activated hotspot wireless and I cannot cancel. How I can cancel thts one also. I think i use it 10 times in the last 2 years...
