Wifi still not working after rebooting

Hello!

Yesterday night my wifi connection was a bit slow and sometimes not working.

Since this morning today it's not working at all. 

I tried to turn the router off and on and still nothing.

I tried rebooting going to the admin page and after the rebooting process the internet button on the router started to be intermittent, not fixed light. 

After a while I tried rebooting again and the same thing happened. 

What should I do?

if the LEDs go out on the modem is certainly also LAN no longer possible. We look at your connection and the problem with pleasure. Please send us the customer number, name incl. Address and date of birth of the contract holder by private message.

Thank you for your reply! I have just sent you the information you need.

Luckily the wifi started working again in the night on 4 February.

However sometimes it happens that I lose connection, it is never for a whole day like last time, it is just for I don't know maybe 1 hour or so. May I know the reason? Maybe the weather?

Now again wifi is not working. Same problem as the other day. I've been trying rebooting but nothing.

there was a strong interference in our network, which our technicians were able to remove on Monday. Is your connection stable now?
