Hi,
I am a Vodafon Kabel and Mobilfunk customer. There is a Vodafone Kabel outage (according to Netz-Assistant), and the Interten is compelety down all day long. As I am working from home, lack of the Interten causes a lot of problems to me. I have been using my mobile Hotspot to share the Interten from my mobile phone. Unfortunately, I have run out of available data volume. Is there any way Vodafone can reimburse my traffic, or provide any alternative solution to my problem?
