Dear all
I have been using Vodafone station for internet connection at home for a while, but it suddenly doesn't work today. The internet LED keeps flashing (WIFI and Power LED are white stable and the other LED is off).
I have restarted and rebooted the station for a few times, but doesn't work. I tried Tobis, but ended with no solution. I tried to call the hotline, but I can't speak German... So I can only come here for help.
As I see staff from Vodafone are helping people, hope someone can help me, too.

Sorry that your connection was/is interrupted. Apparently the moden has no more signal over the cable network. Please contact the support in such a case.
If you want to keep it in writing, feel free to use our service channels on Twitter or Facebook. There we can take a closer look at the connection and the area and check this in detail.
