do the disconnects only happen with the video games or is the connection completely gone? Your modem is online for almost five hours, did you restart it or did it do that on it's own? If only the video games are affected, please make a pingplotter measure with the server as the destination. Use a direct ethernet connection and the standard interval of 2.5 seconds.

Disconnects happen with the videogames on two of my devices. I've restarted modem, replaced all wires coaxle and ethernet cables. 

 

I do not know how to do that test and I do not have the IP address for the game to run that test.

I was able to figure out the ping plotter. the packet loss for the 5% went as high as 20% during game play.

thank you for the Pingplotter. However, as the ping starts rising outside our net (Hop 9) there is not much we can do. The 100% packetloss at the last hop is non-critical, that only means the owner made some settings so the server doesn't respond to pings.
