Hi, Sorry my german is still on the lower level so I will use English instead
I have a very bad Internet connection. I am using Vodafone CableMax 1000 with Vodafone router.
I have new contract since last month and my apartment has a promo with Vodafone that is why I choose it (not sure if this is the reason). It is only internet without TV.
Since then the internet is very unstable (both WAN and LAN), sometimes it is on for the whole day without any problem sometimes it is completely off for hours (the record is 6 hours off) despite of all LED is white and not blinking.
It usually happened on Friday and weekend but sometimes on the weekday too.
I use Netz-Assistent and it always says :
"An Deinem Anschluss liegt eine sogenannte Rückwegstörung vor, die Deine Internet- und Telefon-Verbindung einschränken kann. Falls nötig, lass bitte unseren Techniker Deinen Anschluss prüfen. Die Störung beheben wir so schnell wie möglich. Vielen Dank. Ein aktueller Zeitpunkt für die Behebung der Störung liegt derzeit nicht vor."
I called vodafone support one day regarding above and what they did is just a factory reset remotely (not sure if there is anything else have been done because they spoke German and my German is still limited). After that, the connection seems fine for a week and then it happened again with the same Netz-Assistent result. tried to do factory reset by myself but it has no effect at all. I also did Split the SSID and still no effect.
anyone know what to do?

Noted, I also have checked using netz assistent and yes seems like the problem has been fixed.
The last time I got interference was yesterday afternoon (when I posted my last message). After that the connection looks stable but I am not sure if there will be another interference as this just been one day.
As the problem seems already fixed, can I get some credit because of the trouble? I bought dayflat 10GB a few times back using my mobile Vodafone prepaid.

then please continue to keep an eye on it to see if there are still glitches.
But everything looks very good at the moment.
I can gladly offer you a credit here, at 50% of the monthly base amount.
If that's okay with you, just let me know here and I'll take care of everything else.

Its been a week and so far the connection more stable than before.
I notice about 2 to 3 times in a week the connection was lost but seems like it was just small hiccup as it was just happened for 5 or 10 minutes.
I would gladly accept your offer for credit.

I have just sent you the credit note.
This will be taken into account with the next invoice run and will then be visible on one of the next two invoices.
