I don't have internet connection since 06/25/2021 10:00. I opened a ticket but I can't get any information about when this problem can be solve.

 

Which product do you have? ( e.g. Internet + Telephone 100)  2Play PLUS 50 ( 50 Mbit / s Internet + Telephone )

Which modem / router do you use? (e.g. Hitron) Connect Box 

Do you use a loaner from us or do you have your own hardware? Loan device

Which phone do you use? (e.g. Panasonic) I don't use a phone 

What is the error? (no ring tone, failure; interrupted conversation; background noises etc.)  failure

Beginning and period of the disruption (e.g. since the beginning of April; only in the evening)  since 25.06.2021 10:00

How is the phone connected to the modem / router? (Analog, DECT, ISDN) WLAN and LAN 

Which measures were carried out by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625)? Ticket is opened. 10711842 

In which state do you live? Hesse
