Hi all,
I received my Fritzbox 6660 Cable router on Wednesday and unsuccessfully tried to activate it many times via my phone because the interface wouldn't open at all.
Yesterday I did set it up via a laptop and a cable, but the internet still did not work. I called your support hotline at around 1pm where they said it'll be activated in 24 hours at most - which didn't happen, so I had no internet for working today. I had to resort to a Vodafone Hotspot for an extra charge in order to work.
On a second call today at 4pm, they said that it will need 3 more hours and 6 hours later there is still no internet nor activation.
Can someone please let me know when I'll actually be able to start using the service I'm paying for?
