Terrible quality of cable internet (coaxial cable)

For the last about half a year or so, there have been almost daily internet outages. This manifests itself in the fact that the Internet sells out for about 20 seconds and then reappears and so many times during the day. All devices, whether connected via Ethernet cable or WLAN, are equally affected. According to https://status.networkoverview.vodafone.de/, there is no fault for my address. But since September everything has gotten even worse! In the evening the internet became even more unstable! Please do not advise me to reset the router! I would like to contact support, but it turned out that you can only call support and I do not have such an opportunity. Can you send me a technician?
