Hallo,
ich habe seit letztem Sonntag Probleme mit meinem Vodafone Anschluss.
Ich nutze eine TC4400 welche aktuell T3 Timeouts im Upstream hat.
Wodurch letztendlich die Internetverbindung abbricht. Das ganze lief soweit 2 Jahre reibungslos.
Nach dem Problemen am Sonntag (26.06) schienen die Timeouts am Montag darauf deutlich geringer zu sein (3-5 Stück über den Tag verteilt) und die Verbindung blieb aktiv. Dachte schon gut war wohl ein temporäres Problem oder eine Umstellung im Netz.
Leider kommen die T3 Timeouts immer wieder und das in unterschiedlicher Häufigkeit. Wodurch ab und zu nur ein Modem Neustart abhilfe schafft. Laut einigen Nutzerbeiträgen soll der OMFDA Updtream hier wohl für Probleme sorgen können.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit Diesen für meine Leitung zu prüfen falls nötig zu entstören oder gar zu deaktivieren?

Hi,
welche Firmwareversion ist den auf dem TC4400 derzeit installiert? Bei Versionen älter 70.12.42 gibt es Probleme mit dem Modulationswechsel des OFDMA Kanals, welcher zu Timeouts führt.
Btw. lasse das Providergerät weiterhin angeschlossen, damit Vodafone den Anschluss noch eine Weile prüfen kann 🙂 Die Firmware des TC4400 kannst du auch ohne Netzanschluss auslesen.

im Grunde sieht Dein Anschluss ziemlich gut aus. Timeouts oder Abbrüche sind soweit nicht vorhanden.
Die Frequenzen um 818 und 834 MHz sind etwas schwächlich auf der Brust, aber noch im Rahmen.
Ansonsten gibt es echt nichts zu meckern.

Danke für die Überprüfung.
Habe das Vodafone Gerät erst mal in den Bridgemodus gesetzt und kann bestätigen das ich aktuell keine Probleme mehr habe.
Ein Check üer Iperf läuft auch Fehlerfrei über längere Zeit.
Werde mal schauen was mit der TC4400 los ist.

Leider nein,
Ich habe jetzt ähnliche Probleme mit der Vodafone Box.
Mal abgesehen davon das der Zugriff auf die Weboberfläche fast nicht möglich ist so langsam wie das Gerät reagiert habe ich jetzt ständig Internetabbrüche (Seiten können nicht geladen werden, Stream hängt etc.)
Iperf verliert dann auch seine Verbindung auf die Vodafone Server das Ganze fängt sich zwar nach einer gewissen Dauer wieder aber tritt jetzt ständig auf. Habe den Anschluss auch direkt an der VodafoneBox getestet um meinen Router, AP etc auszuschließen.
In dem Ergeinisprotokoll der Box beifnden sich natürlich keine Fehler![]()
Wenn ich Iperf einsehe scheint der Upload immer komplett weg zu fliegen.
Danach geht erst mal nichts mehr für ein paar Sekunden...
Wurde den in meinem Gebiet irgendwas umgestellt seit letzter Woche...

Mit UDP und -b0 gibt es Probleme. Ich ziehe mit damit das ganze Segment runter.
Funktioniert bei dir ein tcpping zur VF GW?
