I'm having issues with my connection and all social media chat only have that dumb bot and I can't reach a human.

Before I was able to talk to a human using twitter and whatsapp. What is the channel where I can get english support?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
