Sehr langsames Internet, das ist ein Witz

Hello,

I live in 10437 Berlin. I have recently upgraded to 1000 my cable internet. Since the last 2-3 months the internet is unstable, and very slow to the point of unusable especially in the evening, high ping of 124ms and speed of 2.15mbps ! What is this?

I also got the fritzbox 6660 in the hope that it will improve the situation but no really change.

What else can I do?
