Hi,

Internet was working very well. But suddenly it doesn't work since this morning. I restarted the router many times but It has same problem. When I checked the router the red light of internet was blinking.

 

Please check it as soon as possible! I can send information that you want.

I called 0800 1721212 here. But I don't speak German at all so I couldn't talk to proper person.

Please answer me

Hi,

I live in Berlin.

Can you check the problem as soon as possible?

I tried restart and reset but it didn't work.

I guess it's an internet problem

Is the problem only with the internet in my house or is the problem with the whole neighbourhood?

And can't you tell roughly when is going to be fixed?

 

We pay for the internet, so I don't understand why I can't use the internet service for few days or even more.

Please solve this problem quickly.
