Hello everyone,
Since April 15, 2022, I have no internet connection due to return path inference. When I first use the Network Assistant, it said it can be used after April 16, 2022, 11:00pm. But, now it says "There is currently no time for rectifying the fault."
I called customer service, but I could not talk with a real person. As my German is not well, I did not quite understand what the automatic message said.
It is very frustrating to have no internet for two days and not knowing when I have the connection again without any problems. Could someone please help me?

I looked at your connection. Since yesterday, the line is clean again. The technician was on site and was able to find the cause. what is the current status with you?
