We would really appreciate assistance on the issue with my internet. I tried calling customer care, we couldn't get through the IVR due to a lack of German language skills. Someone referred here to ask for help.
Internet at home is intermittent for the last one week. It just disconnects randomly. It doesn't work even when I restart the router. When I use "Netz assistant" it shows an error something like "return path disturbance".
And when I check the disrupted location my address shows no disruptions.
