Ping Spikes high Latency

Dear Vodafone Team,

im having big trouble with ping spikes pocket loss and high latency. I am not able to start a game i play at all. Im using cable 250 mbps. Please answer for any suggestions.

where are you from? Did you try it with ethernet or wifi and what speed did you get over the day?
