High non-correctable errors on low frequencies

Hi, we moved into a new house in 81735 Munich and we have a new Vodafone Cable contract.

I noticed I have frequent packet loss and high latency, so while investigating I noticed I have high non-correctable errors on only two channels (114 MHz and 130 MHz). Signal levels are good, house wiring is not a factor as the router is connected straight to the amplifier installed by Vodafibe. This looks like ingress noise in the segment. Unfortunately I cannot post screenshots as I get this error: Der Dateityp (.png) wird nicht unterstützt. Gültige Dateitypen: *.jpg;*.JPG;*.jpeg;*.JPEG;*.png;*.PNG;*.gif. (size is 200k).
Any hints where should I address this? Straight to call center? My technical German skills are not that good and usually I don't get lucky enough for an English speaking operator. Maybe someone knows another support channel?

Hi again. I managed to open the ticket with the cable infrastructure company and a team visited my house. The only thing they could tell me was that the signal was too strong and they adjusted it. Indeed I can see a power level change at the multimedia socket or straight after the amplifier, but the high number of non-corectables, latency variation and occasional packet losses and service interruptions are still there. Anyone has an ideea what can I do?

Also I am just at the edge of the FO coverage, like exacly where it ends, with no plans for expansion in my direction. Do you guys know if I can petition somewhere the development (not to be informed when there are plans, this i did already)?
