No internet since 2 days and I have to work from home Berlin 13407 aroser allee

I am fed up with vodafone customer care services, called them almost 10 times. They say call this number then the other person says call this number, it is going over loop. No one is trying to help just saying when the internet is fixed, they will let me know.

 

I live in reinikendorf, berlin 13407 in aroser allee street.

 

Please let know when the issue with internet will be fixed here, if you want more information related to my contract please let me know as well I will send them.

I can gladly take a look at the connection Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

Really no reply, no one is picking up the call, no internet since 3 days. Everything is litreally stopped for me. Nothing is working, all devices in my house are connected to internet phone, tv,  vaccume clearner everything. I have very less data pack around 700 MB from mobile phone contract which will be gone within today or tomorrow. I need internet or at least some news/some direction about what is happening and when this problem will be fixed.

 

What kind of company is this? We are living in germany not uganda or 3rd world countries. I started to notice, services back home and also in other 3rd world countries are better then here in Germany. I am really sad and angry. Vodafone is the worst company I ever had an internet/mobile phone contract with.

 

If you can't fix the problem, please cancel my contract I will get internet/mobile contract with other providers. My neighbours have O2 internet connection and they never have a problem.

I have no internet since almost 5 days now and god knows how long. I don't want your internet or new contract, nothing. Not only that, but I am getting a new one from another provider tomorrow. Vodafone is just a very bad company with very bad customer support. I will talk with O2 and other providers tomorrow to get a new contract. I am just sick of Vodafone customer support, it is worse than any company I ever had a contract with, 5 days no internet and continuous disturbance of internet services always.

 

Please cancel my contract. I am going to get a new one with another provider tomorrow.

My mobile data pack is also finished 0 MB left and now every 250MB is costing 3 euros, I do not know what to say, but this is just embarrassing to witness. In a country like Germany we have to face internet problem, just unbelievable.

I understand that the time is too long but there is already an order in your customer data for the fault.

It is possible that the connection will work again in the meantime. Our technicians are working on it. Please wait for the final message.

But how long do I need to wait? 5 days no internet, I have to work from home. Who is responsible for the days I have lost without any work? 

 

Please tell me how long I have to wait for this thing to get fixed? It is really annoying.

we cant tell you that, we can offer you for the time some data volume if you want, in that case you just need a mobile contract from vodafone.

@Tobias I have mobile contract as well. Where do I send you my mobile contract no? How can I get the money back for the lost days? It has been in total 8 days now. I want to also remove automatic debit from my bank account. This is just crazy. Never had an outage in my life for 8 days even in India. At max they fix the connection in 2-3 days.

 

My place is not even outskirts of berlin, just a little away from wedding and we are facing this problem for 8 days. I don't even want to think about the people in remote town. I have complained enough. I have made more then 50 calls to technical support, mobile support, contract support everywhere and always the same answer, call this number, call that number and that's it.

 

It seems like in Vodafone support people don't care about the problem or outages, they just pick up the call and say I am sorry and hangup. I don't know really but this just very poor customer support.
