I do not have internet for 15 days. I have created multiple tickets, they start working on the ticket, send somebody, then he leaves without resolving the problem and afterwards vodafone closes the ticket. I am getting tired of such stupidity. Why vodafone is closing the tickets without resolving my problem. I am using this connection for 2 years. this is unexceptable.
