Good day, I'm writing in English as my German is not good yet.
I've recently moved to Germany and in my apartment. I have purchased a cable contract with you and my router was delivered this morning. I have plugged it in as per instructions and turned it on. I have waited 20 mins as per the instructions and the Internet Light on the router is still flashing.
Nothing is working yet and I dont know how to proceed. I have recieved my customer number and activiation code. However I cannot find the Router wifi available yet and I cannot connect to the activation website...
How do I proceed - what is needed to get my router and wifi working please.
