I am a new Vodafone customer that is trying to self-install my cable modem. I plugged everything in and the internet LED just keeps blinking red. I think I will need a technician to come but my German is non-existent and I have not been able to get anyone who speaks English on the service hotline. One of them referred me to the forum.
Your help is very much appreciated.
