My KabelInternet is not working for 1 week at 89075, Ulm.
No one from the Vodafone customer support would answer the call and it stayed on hold with the most irritating music for over 2 hours. How do I speak to a human?
I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
