Hi,
We did not have any internet service in ***, 10367 Berlin from Sunday 14.11.2021 01:10 (am) till Tuesday 16.11.2021 12:35 (pm). As a result, I had to miss 2 days of night shift work. I need any kind of confirmation about this so I can get paid leave in my company.
Also - as a result of me not working I lost the night shift bonus - how can I be compensated for it?
This is my first post - so if you need additional information or something - please tell me.

Hello Stjepan_Juricic,
did you call the hotline or use another way to report the problem? If not there is no proof that there was a malfunction at your access. The fault report is also needed for a possible refund. We can only compensate the outage of our service, no night shift bonus or work time.

Hello Claudia,
I have tried to reach the call center all Sunday, but manage only on Monday to get them. Never got an SMS about the problem only a feedback SMS. I have registered over 30 call attempts!
From one of your colleagues I got this number 003-0860974/21 (he told me, not to send it in any form)
The whole building was without service - so you have it in your system for sure.
Also - as a result of no service I have damages in the range of 150eur - so there has to be some kind of compensation!
