I have registered this issue many times on the hotline. The first time they sent a new router which didnot help. I reported this fact on the 11th of February and they said there was a "Stoerung" but could not provide any details. There have never been any updates on the issue when I called (many many times) I was oftened promised a return of my monthly fees for January and February and that I would receive confirmation of this per post. Needless to say no written confirmation and no money. Everytime I call there is no written record of my prior calls in the ticket. Very strange way to run a technical support organization.
on the 2nd of April they simply closed the first ticket with out explanation and the issues continued.
Internet and telephone outage for many short periods each day, some days such as today out for nearly the entire day. but some outage every single day usually in the evening hours when one would like to use the internet or watch TV. The new German internet law says after the 3rd day of outage I should received 10% of my monthly fee as "entschaedigung" but that has never come. I have written messages to Vodafone but they continually are never answered. What can I possibly due to get the service I am paying for? It seems to be a mystery up till now.

I have also just looked at your connection. This is affected by an interference signal, which leads to the impairments.
I have created an order for you and assigned it to the network interference so you will be notified of the completion.

Hello Martin,
Thank you it does look they finally fixed it. Unfortunately the tech support team never bothers to reply. They just close the tickets without any type of comment. They could improve in that area.

Your connection is working again? The final message was sent out via SMS. However, there is no specific information about the reason for the disruption.
