How does it look at the moment? Do the restrictions still exist? I assume that you have already completely disconnected your router from the power supply for several minutes?

Thank you for your response.
Fortunately, the issue is solved. There was a construction site for fibre glass cable in front of our building which may damage the cable.
But today someone came to fix it. And now the internet signal is back.
Only thing that annoy us is no one informed what was happened. And how long the problem will be.

Regarding the missing information, I understand your displeasure, but we can only provide you with the facts that are visible to us in our system.
Depending on the cause and conditions on site, the repair may unfortunately take a little longer. This is not possible for us to estimate in front of the PCs.
