Hello, I subscribed a GigazuHaus 250 Kabel contract, and I received yesterday the router. I plugged it, it worked extremely slowly (0.7 Mbit/s with WLAN cable). So this morning I tried to move it another plug, but I discovered that I have only one in the house. So I plugged it back, and now I completely lost my Internet connection. Anyone can help? Do you have a number for a Kundenservice in english?
