How to get GigaGarantie?

Good evening,

My kabel internet (Hessen) is not working and Störungsfinder clearly states that.

I have a CallYa tarif and would like to use GigaGarantie. How to get it?

I could not find it in Vodafone App (latest version) and it's impossible to get support via Vodafone Hotline with 15 min of waiting time.

Only the Hotline can activate the GigaGarantie.
