Hello,
I have a cable internet connection with Vodafone and it stopped working about 2 hours ago.
I tried to troubleshoot it using:
- Unplugging the cable from the wall socket
- Turning off the router for 3 minutes
- Resetting the router using the opening at the back of the router.
Unfortunately, none of these worked. So I called the hotline and they directed me to the tech-support number (0800 526 6625).
Again, the person who spoke from the other side was unable to help because I cannot communicate in German properly 😞
I am at desperate need to fix the problem ASAP as I work from home and cannot get anything done without the internet.
I live in Berlin and my router (version?) is CGA4233DE
Please, be kind enough to offer help in English. Also, let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

UPDATE: Wrote to the Twitter handle and they fixed it within minutes! Wish I knew this was the way to get it done before! Thanks!
