Every evening the Internet connection is very slow

Hello,

I moved to a new apartment back in January and the internet connection is getting super slow every single evening. It's a newish residential complex with hundreds on flats in Strassburger in Berlin-I'm hearing from the neighbors that all of them have Vodafone and all of them have the same speed issues in the evening. Can you please investigate the bandwidth here? It seems like it's heavily overbooked. In my case I'm paying for 500 MB and in the evenings (7pm-11pm) the speed goes down to 2-3 MB, which is unacceptable. Additionally it's also pretty sketchy during the day-even through LAN I'm getting kicked out of video calls. Please solve this problem.

we have too high load in our network in the evening and that's why expansion works are already in progress. According to current planning, the work is expected to be completed in April.
