[English] - Having issues with jitter or ping spikes

Hi team,

Lately, I started noticing issues while I'm on video calls or playing video games.

It starts to get more and more frequent and more annoying, people can see or hear me and vice-versa.

And I can't have a normal game without getting pings from 20 to 500 from nowhere.

I know there is no load on my side I tried turning everything off and having only my PC on and I still have these issues.

Additionally my contract is for 1000mb/s but it never goes above 500mb/s

My PLZ is 13469
