Hello,
We are living in Göttingen and last night our model stopped working. We restarted and rebooted multiple times but the only result is a red blinking Internet LED. On the router home page, it says docsis offline. Today, we also realized our TV channels are also gone. We believe that something must be damaged in street cables or some general routers. We called Vodafone and somebody will call us to fix it tomorrow. But is it fixable on the phone? Or does a technician have to come? How long would it take to arrange someone to take a look?
