Constant packet loss causing issues

I have a Vodafone CableMax 1000 contract and am experiencing a constant issue with packet loss, as the screenshots show. The packet losses seem to happen in the 83.169.183.65 node of the google.com ping.

This is causing me issues with calls I have to do at work, gaming, etc. The losses happen at intervals of almost exactly 30-35s, as can be seen in the screenshots. It does not get better at any moment of the day.

What can be done here?
