I recently moved in to this student apartment and purchased a contract with Vodafone (more information below) but since installation, there is a constant instability in my ping. It's barely possible to play games and I am very worried about my future online interviews this week. I checked the DOCSIS and saw that the OFDMA was a FAILURE (even if I don't know if that is relevant information).
Can anybody please help me?

did you do the Pingplotter with an ethernet connection? Does the problem only occur in the evening or during the day as well? Please send me a PM with your customer number, the name and birth date of the contract owner and the full address. Reply here in this thread after you sent the PM.
