Hi,
I am facing a problem with my internet connection since yesterday. While all the lights of the router are on, the connection constantly comes and goes, it is very flaky. Most of the day I cannot connect to the internet at all and when it comes back it is extremely slow.
I just checked my upload/download speeds and while the download speed seemed to be at 70mbps, there was 0mbps upload. And the speed test page is the only one I could open.
Do you have any ideas?

Hi Evleo,
have you ever restarted the router or done a factory reset? Can you please tell us which federal state you are from?

Yes I had been restarting my router 2-3 times a day to make it work. I am in the federal state of Berlin.
This week there has been only one cut off. The speed continues to vary for download between 20 and 100 mbps during the day, but it is not cut off with no internet.

how do you use our connection? Via LAN or WLAN?
Are there special times, when the bandwidth is extremely low?
