Cable internet stopped working

My zip code is 71032 boblingen and my cable stopped working today around 1400 in the afternoon. I tried to troubleshoot the device but it's useless. The website says my area is fine but it's not!! I need help fixing my internet. I don't speak German and customer service they're all in German!

Problem is solved by receiving a new router from Vodafone. Apparently the old Souter stopped working and the issue was with it. I shipped back the old router and now everything is working just fine. Thanks!
