Cable modem is not recieving a signal from the line. Everything has worked perfectly for the last 9 months. I have tried calling customer service, however I do not speak german. I live in Bad Schwalbach, Hesse.

Please excuse my late feedback. Unfortunately, we currently need a little longer to respond.
What is your current situation? Is your connection working without any problems again? If not, please be so kind and send us a private message with the following data: Customer number, name, address, date of birth, state and current cell phone number.
Please let us know here as soon as the message is out. Then we will start an error analysis together and search for the cause.
